Capiz State University - Main Campus
DVTS forged a partnership with CAPSU Roxas City – Main Campus in 2024 on Credit Transfer for its additional Diploma Program: Construction Technology (PQF V) leading to Bachelor of Industrial Technology (BIndTech). The partnership allows for the graduates of this program who opt to pursue higher education to complete the bachelor’s degree at CAPSU – Main.

Capiz State University - Dayao Campus
In 2022, DVTS entered into partnership with Capiz State University for the latter’s Native Chicken Value Chain Project which aims to enhance the food value chain of native chicken in Region VI. Funded by DOST-PCAARRD the project is entitled “Enhancing the Agri-Aqua Food Value Chain Using Smart Technologies and Partnerships Towards Food Resiliency in the New Normal in Region VI”. The purpose of this partnership is to facilitate the project implementation through supply chain management and emphasis on collaborative relationships.



Colegio de la Purisima Concepcion
Colegio de la Purisma Concepcion is the Higher Education Institution (HEI) partner of DVTS on Credit Transfer for its Hospitality Services Technology (PQF V) program. Forged in 2019, this partnership allows the graduates of this 3-year Diploma Program to be recognized as having junior status at CPC and transfer additional credits that they have already earned. The Diploma learners have the opportunity to earn the Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management by attending the equivalent of 3 years of instruction at DVTS and completing their fourth and final year in CPC.
Caveland Nature Park
The partnership with Caveland Nature Park was forged in 2022 for the conduct of Supervised Industry Learning (SIL). It is a testament to DVTS’ commitment to establish a strong working relationship with industries in its immediate locality. Situated in Brgy. Dolores, it reinforces Dumalag’s marked importance in the tourism industry of Capiz. Just above Suhot Spring, it features the natural rocky terrain, towering trees, and lush gardens suited for those seeking the solace and adventure nature has to offer. It’s services include accommodations for events and functions, recreation, and individual, group or family stays.
San Antonio Beach Resort
The partnership with San Antonio Beach Resort is one of the long-standing partnerships the institution has had, dating as far back as 2012. With its varied amenities and ideal location facing the beach of the Seafood Capital Roxas City, San Antonio Beach Resort offers delightful accommodations for both leisure and business stays. In 2024, our partnership has gone beyond Supervised Industry Learning (SIL) to Trainers Immersion Program for DVTS trainers and Community-Based Training for the skills enhancement of San Antonio’s Resort staff.

Dancorr Car Care Center
DVTS and Dancorr Car Care Center work as partners in the conduct of assessment. Dancorr is the Assessment Venue for Automotive Servicing (Chassis Repair) NC II. As such, it provides for the necessary equipment, tools, and other supplies required compliant with the Competency Assessment Tools (CATs) of the said qualification. Signed in 2023, this partnership has also been instrumental for the workers of the establishment to get assessed and certified by TESDA.

La Carmela de Boracay Resort and Convention Center
One of our steadfast partners in Boracay Island for the Supervised Industry Learning (SIL), La Carmela de Boracay Resort and Convention Center provides intensive hands-on experience to trainees when it comes hotel and resort services. With its strategic beachfront location, varied amenities, and affordable rates, it offers irresistible convenience to local and foreign tourists sealing its place as one of the most preferred accommodations in the island.

Municipality of Dumalag
This partnership between DVTS and the LGU of Dumalag through its Municipal Planning and Development Office/ Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office allows for the former’s access to the farm equipment (Shredder) owned by the LGU. This provides opportunity for the trainees in Organic Agriculture Production NC II to be familiarized with and use the farm equipment during the conduct of training.
Municipality of Dumalag
Rural Health Unit
DVTS established a partnership with the Dumalag Rural Health Unit (RHU) on the use of tools and equipment related to the conduct of training in Barangay Health Services (BHS) NC II. This partnership allows DVTS to access tools and equipment needed for training which includes hands-on practice, and assignment of RHU personnel to provide mentoring and supervision on the use of equipment. This partnership is crucial in ensuring that trainees get the proper training including the use and operation of appropriate tools and equipment while providing services to clients.


Bureau of Jail Management and Penology VI
Mambusao District Jail
DVTS and Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) – Mambusao District Jail are partners in the conduct of Community-Based Training under the school’s Extension Services. “TESDA offers the Community-based Training Program primarily made available to those who cannot access, or are not accessible by formal training provisions, with low skills, limited management abilities, and have few economic options, and lack access to capital mostly because they are unqualified for formal credit programs. This program is geared towards the creation of livelihood to trainees after the training. Additionally, it intends to assist partner agencies such as LGUs, NGOs, people organizations and other agencies and organizations with mission to help the poor get into productive undertakings to help themselves and their communities.” Recently, Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) benefited from this partnership with competencies in bread-making, table napkin folding, table skirting, and stress management among others.

Barangay Maindang
Cuartero, Capiz
Barangay Maindang is DVTS’ partner in the conduct of Community-Based Training under the school’s Extension Services. “TESDA offers the Community-based Training Program primarily made available to those who cannot access, or are not accessible by formal training provisions, with low skills, limited management abilities, and have few economic options, and lack access to capital mostly because they are unqualified for formal credit programs. This program is geared towards the creation of livelihood to trainees after the training. Tapaz, Capiz
DVTS and Barangay Roxas are partners in the conduct of Community-Based Training under the school’s Extension Services. “TESDA offers the Community-based Training Program primarily made available to those who cannot access, or are not accessible by formal training provisions, with low skills, limited management abilities, and have few economic options, and lack access to capital mostly because they are unqualified for formal credit programs. Dumalag, Capiz
DVTS and Barangay Sto. DVTS and Barangay Sto. Niño agreed to collaborate in the conduct of training and assessment in Driving NC II. As our partner, Brgy. Sto. Niño provides the clearance for DVTS to use the roads going to Purok IV as the designated driving range for training and assessment in Driving NC II.
